Crystal, however, made it as smooth as possible. She was attentive (she was always readily available to show a house, to get a document signed, or to pick up her phone and answer one of our numerous questions), thorough and always stepped up to make sure our needs were met. There were some issues after the sale was finalized that needed to be attended to, and Crystal was diligent in making sure things were finalized. We found Crystal to be sweet but assertive when needed, flexible and just extremely professional overall. We love our new home and are thankful that Crystal worked so hard to make it happen for us. If the time comes for us to sell our home, we will confidently go with Crystal again.
