Cristina is amazing! We went on market right before interest rates jumped and unfortunately it led to an interesting few months as we navigated not only the selling side but the buying side. She was so great at not only the pre work of getting us ready but also at keeping us from panicking as we navigated a quickly changing market. In the end, we are now in a new home we love and we couldn't be more grateful for her and her amazing team. She will be our realtor for life.

Cristina is absolutely AMAZING. The market is insane right now and she able to get a showing and get me under contract all within less than 8 hours of my house being on the market. She spoke with the sellers realtor right away letting them know the offer was going to be strong and they took it. She knows the market inside and out, helped me with what to offer, works quickly with the lender and just truly takes the time to go above and beyond. From the very beginning of our process to sell our home Cristina was absolutely amazing! She listened to all of our wish/must have list for our new home, answered all of our questions for listing and buying & helped us make sure our home was staged perfectly for showing.
