Cristina Cortes is dedicated professional with over 8 years of experience in the South Florida area, where she was born and raised. As a MEGA Icon Team Leader for the PREMIERE Group of eXp Realty, she assists in leading and mentoring the Florida Team whereas a company, they closed over $200 million dollars in annual sales! Their Team operates in over nineteen states and Mexico so if she is unable directly to assist, she can point clients in the direction to someone who can, and who will most certainly provide the same exceptional service! Her team also consists of two In-House Lender who are able to pre-qualify and advise clients of all mortgage options right there and then, as well as an In-House Real Estate Attorney & Title Company that will ensure that their rights and money are fully protected both as a Buyer & Seller in a transaction. Cristina offers expertise primarily in residential sales and commercial leasing. With her prior career as a Certified Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Paralegal, she also specializes in short sales and has a designation as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. In addition, she has managed several properties and worked in the real estate legal industry for several years before deciding to take it a step further and be actively involved with buyers, tenants, and sellers.
