To start by doing a little homework-ask yourself how much would like to pay per month for a mortgage that you are comfortable with financially, know what income is coming in and what debt is going out, cut back a little if you have to and save some money just in case you need it, and speak with a lender to guide you with financing. Locate the best Realtor for you to guide you through the homebuying process; take your time and do not make any rush decisions that you are not comfortable with.

Locate a Realtor who has experience, listens, give you solutions, have a professional photographer, up to date on technology etc..,and are respectful to you and your time. Someone who will successfully let you know what to do to get the most value out of your home, be aware that a little work and updating if needed will help you accomplish this goal. Work with them closely to maintain a smooth transaction throughout the process.

I was in college and needed an elective class. I saw real estate and it sparked a sense of joy, because I've always wondered about it for a while before that. It made me look into it more. I quickly changed my degree plan to business; which I have a degree in Organizational Leadership and obtained my certificate. Passed my tests in Texas and Arkansas and the rest is still joyful history, and a bright future of helping clients own real estate. I love it!
