Once upon a time, and still, currently in the Land of Gators, there was a shorter, yet exceptionally dressed Realtor named Linda Rocha who shone as bright if not more brilliantly than any star on a Christmas tree. Linda is the definition of passion, expertise, and accountability. When she says she lives eat, and breathes finding you the best home, she isn?t friggen kiddin. This woman sacrificed almost 2 months of Saturdays to do a weekly parade of homes ( I?m talking 5-10 different houses in a day ) because that was the only day my wife and I had available. She was never late, was always ready with a fist full of printouts with all the information you could need, and the boisterous attitude that TODAY WAS THE DAY we would find our new home. If you somehow mixed together a clone of the Wolf of Wall Street, Dale Carnegie, and that sweet lady down the street who always bakes cookies for the middle school bake sale, that clone would still pale in comparison to Linda. I?m not kidding we would text her at almost midnight to add another house to tomorrow?s tour list, and she was on it. She even helped navigate the disappointment of a difficult housing market when my wife fell in love with some homes that we didn?t win, Linda kept us upbeat and chipper and still on the search. She?s like Lassie if Little Timmy fell into a well of rising rents, it wasn?t easy but dog gone it she pulled him out. She?s like Aladdin, using her knowledge of the world and sweeping bright-eyed young adventurers on her carpet to a whole new world. She was the Wildling princess to our Jon Snow, leading us through the snows of uncertainty, to our new Winterfell. She?s like Lara Croft, mystically managing her way through sometimes forgotten ruins, looking FLY AS HECK the whole time. She?s as golden as a young Betty White, as Professionally joyful as Sophia Vergara, and as confident in her success as Amelia Earhart. We met Linda as a passing acquaintance, and ended up with a realtor more hungry for our new journey than If cookie monster found himself in the girl scouts warehouse. And when we DID finally buy the house, she stuck around for more than a month to make sure the seller lived up to their word to get the pool sparkling, the garbage disposal fixed, re-fixed, and then ultimately re-fitted, and If I needed her tomorrow I know she would be there in a heartbeat. Linda, you are a 1/1 gem mint 10 Jalen Hurts Rookie card, sparkly, unique, and a treasure for whoever finds you. Keep on rocking, although I truly don?t think you know how to stop.
