Craig Denton

Craig has been a top-selling broker for exclusive mountain properties in the Vail Valley for many years. He has worked on successful development projects, including consulting for the Yellowstone Club in Montana from 1999 to 2001. Craig and his wife Nancy, who has lived in Vail since 1969, have four adult children, two of whom, Kyle and Kevin, work with him in real estate. Together, they formed the Denton Advisory Group, which has been the #1 producing team for GCI for the past eight years. In 2024, they ranked #16 in the world for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and #1 small team in Colorado. Craig's expertise in resort real estate, honed over 47 years in the Vail Valley, allows him to provide invaluable advice to clients. He specializes in luxury properties, development, and understanding market cycles. He was the lead broker for the $70+ million ELEVATION project in Vail, with prices ranging from $5 million to $15 million. Craig understands the unique aspects of the Vail real estate market, shaped by its diverse community of residents and vacationers. Craig joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2013 as Managing Broker and Director of Business Development, after previously managing Ascent Sotheby's International Real Estate since 2009. He and Nancy have been married since 1979 and have raised their family in Vail. Craig has volunteered in youth athletics, coaching young ski racers and serving as President of the Junior Hockey Club. He and his family enjoy outdoor activities like skiing, biking, and golfing.
