Thanks to the assistance of Craig Ashley, for the past twenty two years I have enjoyed living in two great places, first a terrific condominium and then a lovely house. Purchasing a property can be the most intimidating and daunting of undertakings. That said, my two experiences doing so under the guidance of Craig Ashley have been, believe it or not, a pleasure. He was there every step of the way, from finding each of my properties, to helping me plan the right strategy for securing the best deal, to helping me find just the right broker for getting a great loan, to finalizing each of the transactions... Craig was helpful the entire time, and took what could have been a very scary time and instead made it into fond memory. Twice! First in 1994, when I purchased a condo in West L.A., and then in 2005 when I bought a house in Studio City to start a family.Although I cannot envision a time when I will want to move from the wonderful neighborhood in which I now live, should the time ever come, I know that my first phone call will be to Craig, who I know I can rely on to find another great place.Craig Ashley is a great guy and a terrific businessman, and I am deeply grateful to have him in my corner.
