Craig has a very aggressive program to clear objections by buyers that worked very well for us. The only downside was his program of using mostly emails between his organization had a few flaws and his communication concerning buyer's comments during open houses was not encouraging for us. BUT the house sold quickly over the admittedly underpriced initial offering. Fortunately we found a wonderful family to buy our sacred, to us, home.
