About Coya Beaston

I was born in sunny Orlando FL but I spent much of my childhood and teenage years in beautiful North Carolina Both places hold a special place in my heart I first earned my Florida Real Estate License back in 2006 but when the 2008 recession hit I pivoted and went back to college I graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 2012 and wouldnt you know it real estate came calling again Its always been in my bloodIn 2015 our growing family moved to Tennessee in search of a better quality of life Thats where I dove into new construction real estate Its been an amazing journeyIn 2021 I earned my Tennessee Brokers License not just for the title but for the knowledge I truly believe knowledge is power and the more I know the better I can serve youMy passion lies in helping people and solving problems These strengths have led to a fulfilling successful career in real estate and Im excited for all the future clients Ill have the privilege of working withThanks for stopping by I cant wait to help you find your perfect place to call home

It's not easy to rent right now in my area. Places go on the market and 5 days later it's off the market. Coya was extremely available via email and text message and this helped me to secure a home. She was very positive and energetic which made it much more enjoyable to find a place.
