Chris was tremendously helpful from the very beginning. My husband and I were relocating from out-of-state state to an area we were only slightly familiar with. We relied heavily on Chris knowledge of the area to help us find a house which would best meet our wants and needs. Not only did he suggest houses which met our criteria, he helped us determine a fair offer based on current local market information, greatly assisted us in negotiations, and was very honest when advising us on how to proceed through each phase of the buying process. He was very patient and we never felt rushed into making any decisions. He was truly there to help us in any way possible. Since we lived out-of-state, he handled being present for inspections, etc. when we werent available. Chris kept us up to date as things were happening. He always reminded us of what the next steps would be, and as a result we were always prepared. Our questions and concerns were handled quickly and we felt we were a priority to him; not just another client on a list. What can typically be a stressful experience was actually enjoyable for us! We could not be happier with Chris and our perfect new home!
