My advice for a buyer is to get pre approved early so you can establish a monthly payment you are comfortable with, it is more than just being approved for the sales price.

My advice for a seller is to declutter and de-personalize your home so potential buyers can visualize their self living in your home. Ask for feedback, but remember to not take the feedback as personal criticism.

I have worked with various types of clients-first time homebuyers, first time landowners, investors, business owners/commercial listings, and farm/ranch.

I was able to help a family of 5 find their future build site of their home. It was such a fun process because I knew the client since we were children and the husband was fulfilling a wish of a loved one that had passed away, so I got to hear about the memory of the people that influenced their lives and shaped their future throughout the transaction.

I got started in real estate by partnering with my former youth leader. I wanted to have a positive impact on people I encountered and was so fortunate to have a pivotal person help shape me in my career.

I am very detailed oriented, creative and outgoing which I feel is important when being strategic in presenting an offer or creating a listing.
