She was overextended, too many sales she was working on, poor communication, false promises. Had to over pay for my house from original purpose and was told the wrong date I could move in only to adjust the day before.

Courtney represented me as a buyer and seller.Let me start by saying that I didnt plan to move and I decided to look at a condo on a whim. Zillow put me in touch with Courtney. Preparing for the process of moving is stressful and deciding to move on a whim is even more stressful and Courtney was up for the challenge. I was looking to downsize from a home to a condo and Courtney showed me numerous options and quickly realized that I struggled giving up a basement. She knew what I needed before I realized what I needed. Courtney was also very familiar with the area I was looking in and pointed out many of the benefits and social and outdoor activities. This was a plus. Courtney also knew my home would sell quick and suggested I find and have my offer accepted before I put my home up for sale. She was right. My home sold quickly with multiple interests because Courtney knew the market and priced it right. Courtney was very responsive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I needed to make some repairs, she gave me contacts at a great price. When I needed a lawyer licensed in 2 states, Courtney gave me choices. When I needed a mover, Courtney recommended them. When the process became overwhelming, Courtney was also there to be a support and cheerleader. Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. Courtney took a difficult moving process and confidently lead my family to our beautiful destination. Thank you Courtney for all your help!! You are AMAZING!

Courtney was our agent for both buying our new home and selling our old home. She was very personable, organized, and responsive.
