My family used the Monaco Real Estate group to buy and sell our home this past fall and it was a wonderful experience. My husband and I started with a meeting where both Courtney and Doug toured our house and had a book full of comparable properties to help us understand the current market conditions. I also wanted to know what updates we could do to our home to help it sell. Courtney knew all the colors, styles and updates I needed and completely eliminated my need to do any of this design research myself (phew!). I also found it helpful that I could pull from a solid list of references from her regarding quotes on home updates, mortgage financing and real estate lawyers. I basically used her entire team and everyone was top notch. I'm in my new home now (a month to be exact) and it is truly the perfect home.
