We were looking to move from New York City, and Courtney was super helpful even before we got to Lancaster to look at houses. She got all our options lined up for us, and she scoped out the houses according to our criteria, including the one we bought, IN PERSON before we came to town. All I can say is, you need to buy a house with Courtney! I am the third of my friends to buy a house with her because we all trust her and highly recommend her. She was professional, responsive, and so so kind. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, she held our hands through the whole process, giving us recommendations of the best/ most trustworthy/ most responsive professionals in the area to work with and making the whole process simple. We had a last minute hiccup with our house that we were nervous would make it all fall apart, but Courtney brought her expertise and held everything together. Courtney was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely communicative, helpful and guided us through the process seamlessly.
