Courtney was always helpful looking after our interest coordinating with the Seller Agent and deriving our message. She kept things going and push the finance office to provide timely report in the financial process. She professionally coordinate multiple actions without any errors such as the Home search, Home Inspection, delivery of findings, coordination with seller's agent and most important, during an emergency, she coordinate the closing of the house in different states allowing us to attend a personal issue.

Courtney was great - proactive where possible, responsive when we had to be reactive and simply on top of the myriad of details. She did such a good job for us as our buyer's agent that we asked her to be the seller's agent after we had closed on the new house.
