Courtney deserves 10 stars!! There are so many things I can say about Courtney, but the most important thing is that she knows real estate inside and out! She is very thorough and makes sure that you understand the ins and outs of your contract and more. She held our hands through the entire transaction. We had SO MANY problems with our mortgage company that we chose and she fought them everyday for things that they did wrong. Word to the wiseaEUR|..choose one of her recommended mortgage companies. After one terrible, stressful headache dealing with our lender, she came through with compassion, professionalism, and stress relievers. I recommend her to absolutely everyone because she is the best and will 100% make sure you are taken care of!

Courtney impressed me from the start, by sending me a detailed plan for selling my home -including necessary upgrades and repairs to get it ready for market. It turns out she was spot on with the pricing of the home, but the market was tough and I appreciate her so much for sticking it out with us and making the sale happen no matter what! Courtney was a fantastic ambassador for us (we live out of state), wrangling repairs and upgrade jobs, checking on the house for us and just being the face of the sellers that we needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for selling or buying, as she is a straightforward but friendly realtor that genuinely cares about getting the best for her client!
