About Courtney Blair

Courtney Blair started with Skogman Realty in 2009, shortly after the opening of its Coralville office, and joined The Johnson Team upon becoming a licensed REALTOR in 2011. Before her career in real estate, Courtney worked in the mortgage industry, and has a background in the home building process. Since becoming licensed, Courtney has been involved locally in RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee) as a committee member and major investor, working to promote and protect homeownership and property investments. From writing the offer, pricing and staging the home, being strategic on when to list, to negotiating, and closing, Courtney's knowledge of the home buying and selling process is top-notch, and helps her clients know that they are receiving the best possible service. Born and raised in the Corridor, Courtney's wealth of knowledge and love of the area is evident. With a passion for her community, Courtney enjoys raising her two children here with her husband. In her spare time, Courtney can be found cheering on her kids at one of their many sporting activities. She also enjoys traveling and golfing with her husband. This was my husband and my first time buying a home, meaning we knew nothing of the process! We simply found a place that we liked on Zillow, and Courtney was the connected realtor to contact. A week later we had placed an offer on the home and after some negotiations, it was accepted! Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and wonderfully patient. She answered ALL of our nubie questions and was very quick to respond, even after work hours. She was honest in her evaluations and easy to trust - she wanted what was best for us in this experience. Her negotiation skills are awesome, getting us a better deal than we expected, and even helping the sellers realtor understand some negotiations that would help both parties!! Weve already recommended Courtney to a friend who has also purchased a home with her help, and we will be contacting her when were ready to sell!
