I recently had the privilege of helping a military family find their dream home in Arlington, TN without them ever being able to visit in person. Through FaceTime and constant communication, I served as their eyes and ears throughout the entire process. Despite competing against a cash buyer in a multiple-offer situation, I was able to help my wonderful military family win the offer and go under contract. After closing, I continued supporting them by coordinating contractors for painting and new flooring.
I got my licenses in 2003 and started on the commercial side of real estate helping investors buy & sell multi-family properties.
