Costanza is an outstanding real estate agent. She sold my home in the Hollywood Hills even though shes not really based in Hollywood Hills. She was prepared with local data. She did an excellent job working with her team to always ensure that we were well taken care of for showings, etc. the process was easy, she definitely knows her stuff. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process. She was there for the picture taking and made sure that it was done well and did an excellent, high-grade, high-quality pamphlet that showcased daytime, and nighttime images of the home. My home was sold very quickly and without any undue drama. She negotiated on my behalf with my input and unfortunately, for her, even though we were both on vacation, we didn't miss a beat. Shes also very patient, meticulous and organized.
