As a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions about the entire process and thought that Zillow was the only way to look for a new house. Cory is the real deal. He takes a consultative/advisory approach rather than a sales approach and is always thinking about things from 10 different angles to give you the most complete and total explanation. He helped me buy an investment property and helped me really understand what I was getting myself into. He also has a high degree of business and financial savvy so discerning buyers and sellers will feel comfortable and in similar company. I cant recommend Cory enough!

Very knowledgeable and responsive agent. I should have listened to him when he told me what price To list my house. Instead I had him list it at a higher price. 6 months later I sold it for the price he told me to list it at. Probably could have sold it in 60 days or less if I would have went with his expert recommendation.
