Cory Cheramie, a realtor and co-founder of Generations Realty Group, established the company with his wife, Mary. A Louisiana State University graduate, Cory earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance in 2013. He obtained his real estate license in 2017, but his professional journey started in corporate finance at ExxonMobil in Houston. Cory's background in finance provides him with a unique analytical approach to the financial aspects of real estate. In addition, his keen understanding of property conditions, specialized inspections, inventive negotiation strategies, and appreciation for feng shui make him an ideal partner for clients seeking residential real estate expertise. Married since 2016, Cory and Mary cherish their two beautiful children.
