Cory is an fabulous agent. Even though he is in Mount Vernon, he showed me houses to buy all over very south Southern IL. I had another agent that wanted us to do stuff I disagreed with and at 8:30AM one morning he cancelled out on me. I called Cory and he dropped everything and came all the way down to Perry County to show the houses that were scheduled for the day - even one at 9AM. Since then, he has been by our side every way working with the seller's agent, the financial folks, etc. This is valuable to me since I'm a rookie in buying houses. He's personable, explains things very clearly, regularly communicated (7 days a week - even on stupid questions). He is they type of Real Estate Agent anyone would want. He's not one of these high pressure agents that are very pushy and works with you as if he were family. We've become very close to him and would recommend him to anyone. The only reason I gave him 4 stars on local knowledge, he is not familiar with the isolated area we found a house that he showed us but definitely stepped up to the plate to find the answers to all questions. His efforts and enthusiasm are endless, his personality is pleasant, and makes buying a house very pleasant.
