I came to Corey after my last sale fell through and my previous realtor parted ways with me. I was in a tough spot because I was upside down on what I owed after realtor fees and previous payments. At my last closing, I had to bring a large amount of money to the table, and that just wasnt something I could afford. I felt like my only option was a short sale. In the end, I actually got money back with no short sale, no credit issues, and a huge weight off my shoulders.
