Cory was super knowledgeable about every neighborhood we visited. He was responsive and available anytime we needed help or had a question. Once we decided to place an offer on a house, he worked very quickly and explained everything clearly. Lindsey Swadner was absolutely amazing to work with! Her attention to detail and how much she truly cares about her clients really stood out. She was always there for me responding to emails, texts, and calls, even outside of work hours. What meant the most is that her support didnt stop after closing. My wife and I have bought a number of houses in the past and we have to say that Lindsey is probably the best realtor we've dealt with. She's very knowledgeable about houses and their construction and is able to provide a wealth of information on a quick walk-thru (almost like having a home inspector). And she's definitely the most responsive realtor we've worked with. She always promptly returns calls/texts/emails. And another thing we found very helpful was her extensive list of contacts (e.g. who's a good person for roofing, for flooring, for fences, etc.). We are new to this area so this was particularly helpful for us. Overall, we recommend her highly - you won't be disappointed.
