    My wife and I were looking for homes in Ohio from a distance of 500 miles. We lived in Richmond, VA and needed to relocate to Columbus. The inventory was really sparce and turning quickly. We needed someone in the market who could help us discern the best of what didn't sell in a weekend and give us a bunch of time when we could make it into town. Cortnie emailed us almost nightly about prospects and upcoming opportunities and let us know where the best places were for us based on our laundry-list of needs. Cortnie was never daunted by our needs, even though we sometimes felt bad about having so many. She helped us land the perfect house at an amazing price ($/sq.ft.) in a hot new neighborhood. We definitely couldn't have gotten this place without her and will use her again in the future.

    I highly recommend Cortnie Horvath to anyone looking to buy a home! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. My lack of knowledge and understanding of the housing market plus not knowing what type of home I wanted was not an issue for Cortnie. She taught me what to look for and what not to look for when buying a home, and her honesty and experience while doing so is what found me a home I plan to raise a family in.
