    Cortney is simply the absolute best! I was a first time homebuyer and very daunted by getting into the Missoula market. Cortney took time to understand my needs/wants in a house and had a great understanding of the Missoula market to help me understand what would be realistic for my budget. During the entire process, I really valued her perspective and and advice - she responded quickly to all of my questions, knew what would be a realistive but competitive offer, negotiated mutliple rounds of an offer, and provided feedback after inspections. I can't imagine a smoother process through a very complicated and competitive market and I cannot recommend Cortney enough!

    Cortney was beyond helpful in helping me find my first home!     We were referred by our agent selling our house in Montana city to Cortney to buy our house in Missoula. She is Awesome. Since we were 2 hours away she went way beyond helping us with our purchase. No matter what time or day she was there for us. You would be stupid if you didnt use Cortney for your agent.
