Cortney Linley is a native to the Colorado Springs area. She is a mother of 2 amazing children and has been married to her amazing husband since 2012. Cortney has always had a passion for Real Estate and when she finally took the jump into the industry she never looked back! Real estate is not just a great career for Cortney but truly her passion. Cortney loves to help families achieve their move to Colorado and really brag and show families all the amazing things to do in Colorado. Cortney has a true passion for helping clients build wealth for all her clients. With Cortney being a native to Colorado she knows a lot of hidden gems and also amazing small/ family-owned businesses. In the past Cortney has worked in retail and corporate level telecom. Having a deep corporate background has made an amazing foundation for her to learn many different tools to help others and being innovative on many levels, that now she can use to help her clients negotiate at a high level and win in tough situations. While starting Real Estate she juggled both before she walked away and dedicated her full attention to helping families in all aspects of Real Estate. Cortney and her husband bought their first home in 2015 at a young age, going through that process as a first-time home buyer allows Cortney the knowledge and relatability to others in that same situation. When Cortney is not showing her clients houses or drafting competitive offers, she loves spending time with her husband, Matt and their two kiddos, Lillie and Austen. You may see Cortney and her family traveling with the kids Hockey teams or seeing them at their favorite Professional Sporting events. Cortney loves family time no matter where it brings her and her family! Cortney also is a huge CrossFit junkie; she started her fitness journey fully last year after falling off the wagon a few times. She dedicates her early mornings to fitness; it makes her ready for the day every day!
