They were ready with insights into the market and our property specifically. They were very willing to answer our questions and respond to our concerns. Having bought and sold many houses, we can tell you that the first meeting may involve a great sales pitch but does not always carry over to a positive sales experience. We are happy to say that these two make an excellent team and the overall experience could not have been better. Matt and Corteney were always there to answer any questions or worries immediately, sometimes one of them, sometimes both.
