Corrine Bonnette searched for homes and took the time to show us the properties. She went above and beyond what other realtors normally do. If there were any problems with the properties she would let us know and each time negotiate a lower price. When we finally decided on a property, she not only got us a lower asking price but she also got us the appliances. She also gave us housewarming gifts. What a blessing she was! I couldn?t imagine a better experience. Corrine recognized quickly what I wanted even though I was a moving target. She was proactive in sending me listings that helped her understand what I did and didn?t want right away. Once we identified a home, she worked above and beyond what I expected - contacting the town hall to find out about the house to look at it?s history, zoning, permits, etc. for what I wanted to do. And she even met with contractors to get estimates while I was out of town. She was finding tradesmen for me when I couldn?t get anyone to call me back to get quotes on work that needed to be done. She expertly guided us on what might help us edge out the competition. She is sweet but don?t let that fool you. She is a shrewd negotiator! I?d recommend her to everyone.
