Corrine was the first realtor I interviewed on the phone. I was looking for a realtor to assist my son, a first time home buyer, in the , NC area. I live out of state. I did not call another realtor. She was engaging, bright, and easy to talk with, but it was her knowledge and directness that won me over. She did not disappoint. I warned her that my son was not all that receptive to buying a home, but asked that she try to encourage him to begin the process by looking at a few homes. It was a perfect match. She not only encouraged him, but taught and advised him while looking through several homes. Once he found the home he loved, she walked him through each step along the way to closing. Corrine is an excellent, but fair negotiator. I know the day will come when my son will want to find a larger home. She will be the realtor that he calls to both sell his home and look for a new one.
