They say that Real Estate is all about location, location, location. I would like to add to that by saying a Real Estate agent is all about experience, experience, experience. Corinda and her team handled the sales process with great expertise. We had multiple offers over the asking price. Her experience came through brilliantly when the buyer cancelled the escrow for no reason 3 days before closing and we were in the middle of moving. She remain calm and focused amid the chaos and got 3 more offers. She selected the right buyer who matched the higher offer over the asking price and the escrow closed without any issues. She turned a near disaster to triumph. We couldn't have done it without her.
