Corey Richardson

I grew up two hours from the beach and counted down to every Summer so I could come back. I have had the pleasure of being able to live or work in each part of Horry County and I wouldn't trade it for anything. This is my home and I am just living the dream the best that I can. If you can't find me at the office, I am probably at a property or with a client. If I have somehow managed to sneak away from work then you will find me on the beach, at Coconuts, or on the golf course. I enjoy everything this area has to offer and take full advantage of it when I can. I am also on the board of directors for Destination North Myrtle Beach (Local Chamber Of Commerce). It gives me a chance to get fully involved with the local businesses within the community and learn more about what is happening outside of the community at the same time. Owning a real estate company in North Myrtle Beach has been a dream come true but helping others is my true passion. I like to keep things positive but welcome any challenges. If we are working towards the same goal then we will not stop until we make it happen! Favorite saying, "Keep going, Do More"
