ZillowVERIFIEDCorey was definitely on the ball during the first half of our home buying and selling process. He does a lot of things well including initially responding to questions and concerns, understanding contracts, providing recommendations, and he seems to have a knack and wealth of information on buying and selling houses. Toward the end of our process things starting slipping and could have been managed better; i.e., not attending the closing of our property or reviewing the documents prior, fee errors and length of time to resolve them, and hyped incentives that ultimately werent delivered.Corey seems to be a good person that cares about his work. Unfortunately, the ending of our experience did not meet expectations, because important items fell through the cracks. At this time I cannot provide a recommendation in good faith.

ZillowVERIFIEDAll smoke, no flame. After giving him a "primo" listing, we never saw him again. He left us on a limb with trying to get someone to clean the house after the movers, and failed let us know about the buyers' walk through inspection, causing a near disaster, and he never showed up. A real lack of professionalism.

He spent more than 4 hours with me driving around showing me homes and that was only on one day of the many I spent with him. He had an answer for every question I ever had and made buying my first home the best learning experience I could ask for. You cant go wrong with him.
