Given our remote relationship, Corey did an amazing job learning about our wants/wishes and leveraging technology to help focus our attention on appropriate housing options. He was very patient as we explored our likes and dislikes, and did a great job guiding and supporting us when we considered changing direction or entertaining different options. Corey keeps current on emerging technologies that drive innovation in real estate. During our engagement, he migrated to an upgraded MLS platform that added tons of value to the user experience. He's always looking for ways to run his business and interact with his clients meaningfully. He also adds thoughtful personal touches by sending video messages to check in, which, for us remote clients, made the relationship feel closer and more intimate. During our trip to Colorado, Corey did an amazing job organizing an itinerary to help us view our top pick homes. He's not shy about travel, so no home was too far or out of the way for him to show! I particularly loved it when he encouraged us to view the trip as less about finding our new home and more about getting a feel for the different Colorado real-estate landscapes to help us discern where we'd like to settle and what we'd like to settle into. He never pressured us for the sale, and always had our best interest at heart. We were fortunate enough to make an offer during that same trip! Working with Corey through the buying process was equally enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and was able to creatively approach our offer to convey our sincerity and seriousness as buyers. Question were always welcomes, and Corey did an exceptional job educating us through the home buying process. He was an advocate for us, and knew how to work in-the-gray of mutual interest between buyer and seller. He was able to navigate political nuances to demonstrate respect, courtesy and understanding to both parties and desired outcomes. The only point of feedback we have is that at times when we felt strongly about our inquires, it would have been nice to fully understand the reason why certain limitations existed. In this, we would have hoped for more probing from Corey to obtain clarifications, or explanations, around the "no, not possible" from the source (e.g. selling agent). Otherwise, Corey always approached stakeholders with finesse to communicate our wants and negotiate in our best interest. We HIGHLY recommend Corey to anyone interesting in taking this next step in life, and particularly encourage remote clients to consider his expertise, services and engagement model. With so many places to live and so many housing options, Corey truly did a fantastic job getting us home!
