Corey had to work hard on this one. We had several rounds of negotiation with the seller. When we got close to the closing date, our lender gave us unexpected news about some of the seller credits we had negotiated. Corey and Jessica ran multiple scenarios and worked with the lender and title company to make sure I was able to get the best deal possible. In the end, the closing went smoothly, but I would have lost a couple of thousand dollars on the deal without their due diligence. Thanks!
