Conrad Rodriquez

Conrad Rodriquez has been a licensed real estate sales person since 1996. Conrad studied International Business and Finance at the American College for the Applied Arts, Los Angeles. He is a graduate of National University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Prior to his career in real estate, Conrad worked for over ten years as a paralegal. Conrad also worked at Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate (CA), Inc. with Real Estate Owned (REO) listings. He was assigned, managed and successfully sold properties for Bank of America and Carrington Mortgage Services. Conrad's primary focus is in the residential real estate market; in addition, he has successfully listed and sold commercial properties in Long Beach, CA. He enjoys representing Buyers and Sellers in South Los Angeles County and Orange County. Conrad is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Los Angeles Chapter. Conrad lives with his family in Signal Hill, CA.
