    I have always been passionate about helping people. Transitioning from my previous career in healthcare into real estate, I found my true calling in real estate by serving clients, advocating for their needs, and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. I have been lucky enough to call Charleston, South Carolina my home for the past forty years. Over the past decade, I have been able to serve the Lowcountry in buying and selling to the fullest extent based on knowledge of the area and expertise in real estate. I take pride in providing superior service to my clients by prioritizing client satisfaction. By focusing on clients, I have been awarded the prestigious Realtor of Distinction award for the past 9 years which represents the top 2% of Realtors in all of Charleston.     Please stay away from Connie. She is controlling and if she doesn't feel like doing her job she wont. Oh if that is not bad enough when you try to fire her and give her a bad review she will take YOU to Civil court for breach of contract. WHO HAS HEARD OF THAT? Well that would be me and another of Connie White and Wayne Green's clients. They lock you in and then your are simply out of luck. STAY AWAY. Oh honesty is not part of their plan either. I currently have the licensing board looking into them. Another couple tried to have them investigated before I did so they are taking this very seriously and I have letters to prove this.

    Connie is exactly what Charleston needs more of: realtors with actual knowledge of real estate, with experience, with drive, and with the ability to represent buyer and seller interests thoroughly. Connie has sold two homes rapidly sparing no cost in marketing that works, and doesnt just boost her presence as an agent, but actually gets your house sold quickly. She also has assisted with two home purchases that have been flawless.Her and her business partner Wayne are the epitome of professional. I have 15 years experience in the real estate market. Will not use anyone other than these two for my purchase in the tri-county area or nearby.

    Connie was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She assisted me in both the purchase and selling of this home. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was always available to answer whatever questions I had. My neighborhood had a lot of competition, but thanks to Connie, we were the first ones to sell! Would definitely recommend using her and will do so again in the future!     She is very professional and friendly! She helped us sell our home quickly when we had to fire our last realtor who did not make selling our home a priority. Connie always responded to our questions quickly and gave us honest feedback that we appreciated. I would hire her again!

    Connie, Shelly and the rest of Connie's crew were great!! From start to finish I always knew what was happening. However, if I had a question Connie or Shelly was quick to text the answer or return my call. Connie's local knowledge and her experience with VA or HUD loans were great. Y'all won't be able to find a better realtor.
