We actually hired another agent first, and he was a nice guy, but he was not on the ball, and we needed someone organized and willing to go the extra mile because we had already moved out of state. Connie went the extra mile and then some. She helped us get our empty house staged, she arranged for handymen and landscapers, and she actually answered calls and returned messages. Don't use anyone else if you are buying or selling in Amarillo!
