We saw a house on the market that was listed with this agency, that we fell in love with! My grandpa is on hospice, and if we don't find a ranch home for all of us to live in, he will be moving into a facility. The house that was shown to us, fit perfect for what we were needing! Not having an agent, we agreed that we would let Connie and Simone be our transaction brokers, and they would sell our current house if the offer was accepted. They agreed to give us a break in some fees if we did it this way, so we went for it. Well, after that verbal agreement, everything was downhill after that! When something is too good to be true, it probably is. The communication was horrible with this agency! My husband called and left messages, and calls weren't returned. We asked why calls weren't being returned, and we were told we never called.The promptness was so horrible, that Simone didn't even present our offer to the buyer in time! When I confronted Simone as to why the offer wasn't even submitted, she wasn't taking us seriously. She even sent me texts saying, "lol" when I was trying to have a serious (text) conversation. Everything that was said was so contradicting. At this point I was so mad because all I can think about is my grandpa moving to a facility. I understand that things happen and if our offer wasn't accepted then things would be the way they are. I just have a hard time understanding why people would have no sympathy, and would not take, "essence of time," seriously. Anyways, after "talking" via text, I found out that they had already accepted an offer yesterday, even though she told me they weren't presenting offers until today. Nothing about this agency is right, so I'm leaving this review so no one else has to go thru what we did with them.
