About Connie Longhurst

I have lived in Southeastern Idaho all my life and wouldn't dream of living anywhere else! I have established residence in the Idaho Falls area and Island Park area. I enjoy showing buyers homes and listing properties also. I handle all properties from Pocatello through Island Park. Idaho Falls, Rigby, and Rexburg are wonderful towns to move to. I can't say enough about southeastern Idaho. We have a second home in Is land Park. I love the outdoor recreation opportunities and like the conveniences that Southeast Idaho has to offer. I also love showing Island Park to those that may not know the area that well. It has a lot to offer a family looking for a second home or summer vacation home. Spending my time in Island Park has been some of my greatest joys. I love to fish, ride horses, 4-wheel, and spend quality time with family, friends, and my clients. I spend a lot of time in Island Park and like to think of it as "my little piece of heaven on earth." It is so relaxing to spend time there and create lasting memories. After a near death experience with Leukemia, I have learned to enjoy life, and live each day to its fullest. Life is too short to live any other way. Living in this beautiful area of the State of Idaho is a great joy to me. I enjoy the real estate business, and the opportunity it allows me to form long lasting friendships. It has always be rewarding to for me to assist people in finding a great home and the happiness they experience in doing just that. There was a reason we used Connie for 3 Different transactions. Friendly, no pressure, excellent in knowing the area and the market. sure their are plenty of realtors out there. If you want the kind you can reach out to evenings and weekends, she is on it. If you want the kind you can go to lunch with even after the sale is done. She is that kind of person. She knows the people and businesses so well , we have even gotten great recommendations from her for property managers, places to eat, and atv trails. The complete package. Connie Longhurst was great to work with as a realtor. She was willing to show us houses at our convenience. She listened to what things we were looking for and heard what we didnt like about the listings we looked at. She sent us information on new listings as they came up.
