Thank you, Connie, for making this process as easy as you possibly could. Selling my home was an incredibly difficult decision, but you helped make it a little less scary from the first thought of selling, right through closing. I've owned my home for more than half my life, so you understood the emotional attachment that was involved. You gave me the time I needed to understand the entire process, as this was my first experience selling a home. You answered my questions along the way, offered words of encouragement when things began to slow down a bit, and you helped me through some panicked moments because you understood this was all new to me. There were plenty of times that I wanted to change my mind, mostly because I was afraid to let go and didn't trust anyone to love my home the way my family and I did. This was where an entire family (20 people or more) shared every Christmas together, had Easter egg hunts, celebrated birthdays, carved pumpkins, spent summers in the pool, fished in the pond, camped in the yard, etc. - this was a loss an entire family would feel! But you helped keep me on track and reminded me of the freedom I would find in moving forward. While I'm still not quite over feeling that loss, I have started to feel the freedom in giving my life and my time back to myself and my family, rather than constantly maintaining my house and yard. Without your kindness, patience, knowledge, and experience, I wouldn't be comfortably moving forward and so excited to see what life has in store for me next! Thank you, Connie!

Ms. Connie Gunn is a professional and her work shows that she has plenty of experience. I highly recommend her, and I don't say this lightly as your realtor if you are looking for a new home in Southern Maryland or other parts of Maryland period. I have been working with her for 2-3 months during our home buying process and within this timeframe we were done and ready to close. she has been devoted to helping Me and my Wife find the perfect home and area every step of the way. She cares about her clients, and this is evident as her compassion, knowledge, and respect shows throughout your home buying experience as well as after. She introduced us to different contractors and services that we need which was a Great Blessing due to us being new in the area. Connie was fantastic every step of the way and her expertise is definitely the reason we were able to purchase our dream house.
