Conner is THE MAN you need to hire if you are going to purchase a home in the Duluth area. We bought our home from Conner and SOLD our home from him too. I have never met such a professional but down to earth and expert in all the homes we've bought in the past 10 years. Our other Realtor Casey in the twin cities is great too but there is a connection with Conner that is just fantastic! We had to compete with 10 offers in 2023 and now, in 2025 we had to sell the home due to health issues, and had 5 offers in a 24 hour period. We almost went with #1 til Conner told us we had 4 other offers in the works! Praise the Lord Conner is such and expert and knows how to do his job otherwise we might have made a decision that wouldn't have been what's best for us. CONNER is who you need to go with. His fees are just like everyone else's, maybe even less. And he does fantastic breakdowns and has the figures and numbers all ready to go over and through. This might sound wrong but if you choose to go with someone else, you might not do as well in the most important purchase in life. Connor was an amazing real estate agent for us as we moved from the Twin Cities up to Lutsen. Connor was very knowledgeable about the properties up on the North Shore and was extremely responsive to all of our phone calls and email inquiries. He was very informative during our showing and helped us write up a great offer which was accepted. Connor put us in touch with an amazing home inspector and followed through on any necessary changes that were made since we lived 4 1/2 hours away. He even volunteered to go on up for our walk-through the night before the closing, which was extremely helpful to us due to the distance of our move. After the closing in the Twin Cities, Connor made arrangements to meet us halfway to transfer over the keys and congratulate us on our purchase. We enjoyed getting to know Connor not only as our realtor, but also as a great person overall and we would highly recommend working with him again for any future real estate needs.
