From World Champion Motorcycle Racer to Local Real Estate Pro. Half of my life I have been focused on being the world's best off-road motorcycle Enduro athlete. I travelled the world, competed at the highest level & managed to win a couple high profile events while having the time of my life. Somehow a long that journey I found my beautiful wife, who blessed me with two gorgeous daughters. We then settled down in the coolest place I came across in my years of travels all while discovering my next career passion! Unlike racing a dirt bike for a living I did not dream about real estate as a profession. Instead that passion grew after my first house purchase, a foreclosed house in Perris, California. At this time, my career as a pro motorcycle racer was not exactly taking off, I had jumped from team to team with flashes of untapped talent; however, mired with poor results. I felt like I had one last chance to get my career back on track; and with this house purchase I was going to do just that. I went to work utilizing the five acres it resided on to build training tracks and start practicing. After seven years of sweat equity practicing and sweat equity in the property itself. I was a three-time World and four-time National Champion. It was amazing and quite the turn-around for my career. I went from a handful of race wins in the seven years before; to seven championships in the following five years. All because of a house that suited my needs and allowed me to practice for that sport as much as possible. The combination of belief, determination, risk tolerance and clear goal identification is what I attribute this success. These same characteristics I now use to help buyers and sellers reach their goals in real estate!
