Collin St. Johns helped us with a simultaneous home sale and purchase, and choosing to work with him was undoubtedly the best decision. The challenge of selling/buying concurrently in this market seemed daunting to us, but Collins expertise, energy, and confidence helped make it a smooth and manageable process for us. A genuine, hardworking, and energetic individual, Collin truly cared and kept our best interests the priority; and he definitely went above and beyond. His sharp insight into the local real estate market, established relationships in the business, and great negotiation skills were invaluable. Communication was great, as he kept us continually informed and updated throughout. In trying to find a way to distinguish this review from all the other excellent reviews here - - we were impressed by his unique ability to teach/educate. We definitely felt more knowledgeable on so many topics from real estate processes, forms, home maintenance and construction (his background in this area is a plus. We had a great experience buying our home with Collin. He has a great reputation with other agents, and that helped get our offer accepted during a sellers market. I think agents know that when he writes an offer, it will close. It was a hot market, but we did NOT pay over asking, like many people were, and we even got some concessions after inspections. He made sure we knew what we were getting into (a fixer) and was definitely working for us. Id recommend Collin anytime!

Collin sold our house in Woodland Hills. He came over before we listed and gave some simple advice to make the house look staged without paying for a staging company. Ends up we received 8 offers after the fist open house! We sold over asking price without a hiccup. Collin is very profession and knows how to get things done. I highly recommend him.

Collin did an amazing job selling my home in West Hills. I truly appreciated how upfront he was about potential challenges and what to expect from buyers. He made some suggestions that I immediately followed since I trusted his expertise. The repairs I made on the property were insignificant compared to the price that Collin was able to get for me. He was also very hands on and did not pass us on to other colleagues. He started the process and finished it himself. His stager was also amazing. I wanted to move back in after seeing how they fixed my house up! I highly recommend Collin for any transaction - whether you are a buyer or seller. He is very honest and does not beat around the bush. His suggestions and tenacity ensured that I got the best offer possible - which was way over what I expected!

We found ourselves unexpectedly needing to purchase, close and move into a new home within a 4 month period with no warning. I called Collin because I knew he was the only person who could get the job done while maintaining transparency and honesty to us as first time home buyers in a market that was, to put it frankly, grim due to our needs, wants and budget! When I found our house on a whim and, not ever expecting we would actually get it down to a price range affordable for us at that time, Collin met us the next day, we had an offer in that night, and the seller accepted an under asking price within 48 hours. Not to mention agreed to all of the credits after inspection we asked for. 21 days later, we walked into the one and only house we put an offer in on. I CANNOT emphasize enough how much easier Collin made the process by throughly explaining each step, having an expert eye for realistic problem areas and managing our emotions all the while. My husband and I could not recommend anyone more highly! Collin made our first purchase successful, exciting and very personal. Never using another agent/broker for our real estate needs!
