ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience buying our home with Collin. He has a great reputation with other agents, and that helped get our offer accepted during a sellers market. I think agents know that when he writes an offer, it will close. It was a hot market, but we did NOT pay over asking, like many people were, and we even got some concessions after inspections. He made sure we knew what we were getting into (a fixer) and was definitely working for us. Id recommend Collin anytime!

He made some suggestions that I immediately followed since I trusted his expertise. The repairs I made on the property were insignificant compared to the price that Collin was able to get for me. He was also very hands on and did not pass us on to other colleagues. He started the process and finished it himself. His stager was also amazing. I called Collin because I knew he was the only person who could get the job done while maintaining transparency and honesty to us as first time home buyers in a market that was, to put it frankly, grim due to our needs, wants and budget! When I found our house on a whim and, not ever expecting we would actually get it down to a price range affordable for us at that time, Collin met us the next day, we had an offer in that night, and the seller accepted an under asking price within 48 hours. Not to mention agreed to all of the credits after inspection we asked for. 21 days later, we walked into the one and only house we put an offer in on.
