We had a summer cabin that had been in our family for over 25 years and was very difficult for us to part with. Having all of us live in different states; it was hard to do the little things to get the place in order and ready to sell. Bradley went above and beyond to do whatever he could to assist with anything we needed done. He treated the property like his own; which truly made us feel comfortable that we had someone always looking out for our best interests. My husband & I recently purchased a home with Altamont Property Group, the realtor we worked with was Ella Tzinberg. She was AMAZING!!!!!! Went well out of her way to help us, due to the originality of the property we were purchasing negotiations needed to be made, contractors found (which the area is hard to service).. the list goes on. As a mother of 10 month old twins I needed someone who didn't mind crying kids in the background of a phone call, understood the stress from my end.. Ella did exactly that. She was always cheerful to talk to, easy to get a hold of, fair negotiator & very knowledgeable. When it came down to the 11th hour & closing on time was looking next to impossible, she made it HAPPEN, worked late and got it DONE professionally. Ella is a wonderful person and fantastic agent to work with. Her manager Elizabeth also went out of her way for us, when we needed to get something done she never felt it was beneath her or not her job to help out (which is rare in managers). Thank you both so much! Would HIGHLY recommend them.
