Born and raised in the Pacific Palisades enclave of Rustic Canyon and now a longtime resident of Marina del Rey, Collin brings a true insider's perspective to the coastal neighborhoods of West L.A. With 25+ years in real estate, he has successfully guided buyers, sellers, builders, and asset managers through hundreds of transactions--from luxury homes and ocean-view condominiums to architecturally significant townhomes and new development communities. One of my favorite recent transactions involved clients who had struggled to sell their home with another agent. They were disillusioned and starting to feel like their dream of retiring to Palm Springs might never happen. When they hired me, I helped them reposition their property through thoughtful staging, carefully selected improvements, and a targeted marketing and broker outreach strategy. The result? We got their home sold and opened the door to their retirement dream home in Palm Springs. Seeing the relief on their faces when they closed both deals is exactly why I love this business.
I started in real estate in 1999, drawn to the industry by my love of architecture, design, and people. What began as a curiosity quickly became a career, and over the decades, I’ve built a reputation for being both strategic and client-focused. From new construction and luxury condominiums to single-family homes, I’ve been fortunate to guide hundreds of clients through some of life’s biggest transitions.
I hold a degree Art History with an emphasis on Architectural History from UC Berkeley, which gives me a trained eye for design, detail, and how to present properties at their best. But the real education has been my 25+ years in the business — experience is the greatest teacher in real estate. That depth of knowledge allows me to anticipate challenges, navigate negotiations, and deliver results for my clients with confidence and precision.
