We actually bought a foreclosure that was very difficult to buy. There were numerous times where the Village of Alsip, managing realtor and our contractor had to meet at the house. Colleen not only set this up for us, she was there as well! Through out the whole process no matter how difficult or frustrating it was, she was always there for us. And that was just her doing her job, her personality is awesome! Colleen is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend her and use her again when looking for more property.
