She is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and one of the most helpful and caring agents we have ever worked with. Colleen made the process of buying our home, while we were still living in another state, extremely easy and painless. Colleen held our hand throughout the process and was there for us anytime we had questions or needed help, and kept us informed during the whole process. She was only a phone call away and her response was immediate either by email, text or phone call. Even after we moved in, she remained our go to person anytime we had a question or needed a referal/recommendation for any work that we needed done in the house. We always knew she had our back! Coleen is truly outstanding and a joy to work with. We feel very fortunate for having the opportunity of getting to know Colleen and in working with her on buying our new home.
