We met Colleen about 2 years ago when we were just contemplating selling our condo. From that day we were convinced that we would use her to handle the sale. I selected Colleen to sell my condo after she sold two others in my building and seeing all the good reviews online and she did not disappoint. She knows the area and more important she knows how to get the job done. From the time I told her I wanted to sell my place it only took two weeks to sign the paperwork, have professional photos taken and have the property listed. Within four days the buyers had looked at it twice and then made an offer. Being a cash buyer, I closed on the sale five weeks later. Colleen's expertise helped keep the closing on tract where with a less experienced realtor the deal could have easily fallen apart. I would not hesitate to use Colleen in the future.

Colleen was flat out AWESOME! The best in the area hands down! I have used others in the past and wish I used her and plan to use her again in the future. She will go above and beyond with everything and is very responsive even when on vacation.
