Colleen was a wonderful realitor! She help my wife and I find our perfect first house. She patiently worked with us as we looked through many homes. I would send her homes that I found online and she would schedule tours quickly. She was always quick to respond by email, phone, and text. All of the documents that needed to be signed before settlement were digital and easy to review and sign online. She was wonderful with our daughter, even though house touring with a four year old was challenging at times.
