ZillowVERIFIEDWe have worked with FC Realty on three separate unrelated real estate deals, two home sales and one home purchase across two different states, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In all cases, the care given to the sale of our properties was outstanding and the assistance with the purchase of a new home phenomenal. The homes we sold were very different, one a Hollywood Regency mid century modern and the other an antique Brick Georgian Colonial from 1927. Each home required different focus and attention to detail, and both Barbara and Colleen worked incredibly hard together and separately to give the homes independent and unique recognition. My husband and I could not be happier with how Colleen marketed each property especially as she was forced to focus additional marketing efforts on our Rhode Island home, as the real estate market was beginning to change.
